An interesting concept and a great way to appeal to young voters or voters that would not normally get out and vote is to give them a free body piercings like “Flash”, the owner of a tattoo parlor in Kirksville, MO.

He says there is nothing wrong with giving everyone, democrats and republicans an incentive to vote. So if you are into piercings get out there and vote!!
